My name is Claire and I just joined a few minuets ago at the suggestion of a friend. I think the biggest thing for me is that I am a university rower and work out 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day, yet I weight close to 250lbs. I get that muscle weight more than fat, but there is no good reason for a 21yr old female to weight this much. In all honest I'm crazy discouraged at this point I am really hoping that this website helps. Wish anyone and everyone the best of luck with their weight loss goals!!
