Dump Soup - (AKA Vegetable Soup)
Ingredients:
1 can Bush's - Best Black Beans Frijoles Negros, - rinsed and drained
1 can - Progresso Vegetable Classics - Minestrone - No Msg Added
1 can - Green Giant - White Shoepeg Corn - Canned,
1 can Hunt's - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes,
1 can Green Giant - Vegetable Blend,
put this all in a big pan or crock pot and heat
Eat and enjoy.
This makes 9 servings
Each serving is 1 and 1/2 cups
Calories - 123
Carbs - 26
Fat - 1
Protein - 5
Sugar - 5
Sodium - 606 (although I don;t think it's actually this high as the black beans are completely rinsed and drained)
