there is a specific brand, i cant remember what it is but kourtney kardashian was the spokesperson but I'm pretty sure they only work if you wear them right after you deliver for like a couple of months0

First off, how long has it been since you were pregnant?
My abs separated during my last pregnancy, and my midwife told me that the first 6 weeks postpartum are crucial to getting them to go back. (I'm NOT saying that it's not possible after that time....just easier sooner.) She advised me to basically massage the abs while pushing them back together. At my 5 week checkup mine weren't noticibly separated anymore.
I was advised to just wear a girdle to help hold everything in. It did help. However, I'm fairly certain that you shoudn't be doing any crunches until the abs are back together. I'm not a doctor and can't point you to a source to back that up, but I've heard it and read it many times over the past several years. Until the abs have grown back together, you could do more damage than good. If I were you I would do a bit of research and find out where the best starting point would be. Good luck!0 -

After hearing of other people's experiences, I do feel so fortunate that I was given the infowhen I was. A binder sounds like a terrific place to start, and I wish you all the best in getting those abs back in the game!0
