My first 3 weeks in MFP

I lost 7 lbs in my first 3 weeks of joining MFP. Thank you MFPs! I am feeling much better and motivated to keep on.

  • February 20th will mark the end of my 4th week on MFP. I've lost almost 9 pounds and I feel incredible. I can't believe I didn't know this community existed until recently.

    I honestly thought I'd never see that heart on my ticker reach my viking... now I'm hoping to see it by next Sept or sooner!
  • Did you follow all of the suggested calories and grams of (protein etc) ?

    You've inspired me to update my ticker. Now I hope to reach the ferry building by the end of next month and the Transamerica Pyramid by thanksgiving.
  • Have you done any workouts with mfp or is it just straight calorie counting??
