  • I have quite the sweet tooth (47/50 symptoms for a sugar addiction, actually) and it is nothing but strong during my PMS. I've found the following to be successful in satisfying my cravings while not destroying my calorie & sugar intake:

    1. Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
    2. Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Ice Cream Bars (my fave!)
    3. Laughing Cow Cheese on Wheat Thins
    4. Yogurt
    5. VitaTops Chocolate Muffin Tops (another fave!)
    6. Emeralds Cocoa Roast Almonds

    Since starting the journey, I've found that I don't want sugar like I used to, but I still have the occasional craving and the foods I listed really help. I'm okay as long as I stay away from the cookies and Ben & Jerry's :)

    Beat a man up- burns a ton of calories and is often better than chocolate.
