Just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know I am going to lose 18lbs by June 1st. This will put me at 200lbs. I haven't seen 200 since my sophmore year in high school. I am using the spike diet to get me there. For workouts I am using weight lifting three times a week and easy cardio 3-4 times a week. Follow me on my journey!

  • whats the spike diet? good luck with it all you will do very well. keep everythign monitored so you can see all the process its the biggest motivator, :)
