Finally Getting Fit!

Hi All,

I joined last year but never kept up with the diaries or the diet! Now finally ready to commit. I already eat fairly healthy (low fat, very little red meat, lots of fruits and veggies) but can carb out on occasion (love my bread and chips) and was not careful with portion size. I only have about 15 pounds to lose but more importantly I want to get in the habit of exercising regularly and really getting fit. Looking forward to sharing with everyone. Thanks for an awesome site! (Now I just have to get off the computer and move my butt!)

BTW, as you can tell from my photo (sorry, didn't have any good pictures of myself - I'm always the one taking the pictures) and my username, I grew up in Coney Island. Anyone else out there who grew up in Coney Island (and specifically the Coney Island Houses) in the 1960s and 1970s?
