Oh no!!! What have I done?

I am working until 7pm tonight and I have left my calorie counted box of food at home in the fridge.

There's no-one at home to bring it in for me, and I only have an apple and a banana in my bag and the princely sum of £1.14p in my purse.

Ideas please?

Could you buy a can of healthy soup somewhere? You have to be careful of sodium though, but most vegetable ones are low in cal. Also keep hydrated so that you don't get as hungry.

i agree with the first reponse, if you have a mircowave in work get a can of soup and heat it up i always have tomato soup. :)
  • I think I shall nip out to the shop and get a can of soup AND a yoghurt - if it doesn't come to more than £1.14.

My colleague has kindly offered me some chocolate biscuits and a slice of fruit cake though:sad:

Ask your office manager if you can borrow some money from petty cash!
  • i would of gone for noodles 400 calories per pack can get cheep ones for 10 p and very filling just ad water and microwave for a bit not much for the nutritional value but will stop you going home and binging late at night
