I am 11 days into my diet and I learned something yesterday about getting enough calories in. For the last 2 days I was coming in under my allotted calories for the day and that didn't even count the extra calories I received from exercise. By the end of the day yesterday I was extremely tired and hungry. Those are the things that can throw me off the new path I started and cause me to ruin my diet.
Before that I was eating right, getting lots of water and sleeping great and had tons of energy. It's all about that balance.

And something I am clocking on to for the first time - makes perfect sense when you think about it but I've been starving myself on fad diets for years and wondering why I always fail!!?
