I had an egg white breakfast sandwich from Tim Hortons this morning without ham. Nutritional info says 240 calories with the ham. Any ideas how much I should deduct for the ham?

If its a slice approx 2 to 3 oz I would deduct 60 - 70 calories.0

I'd weigh it, find "ham" in the database, and enter a new food into the system -- "Tim Horton's Breakfast Sandwich, no ham" -- with all the calories, fat, sodium, etc. deducted based on what you found is in regular ham.0

Thanks. I emailed the company for nutrition info without ham so we'll see if they respond. For today I'll deduct 60 calories. I order it without meat so I can't weigh it.0
