Pulled my back AGAIN!!

AHHH! So frustrated I work myself so hard and get injured-- My muscles were already sore and tight because I have been working out so hard then all it took was a sneeze this morning to make me have a back spasm-- Great now I can't workout for a few days for it to heal- so frustrated--

    you probably have weak core muscles. It's all too common in society today. Check out some core exercises to strengthen those small connector muscles in your lower back and gluts.

    Yeah I stretch and warm up all prior to working out and afterwards-- I think I just have been pushing myself really really hard to get this weight off because its not budging-- I am becoming really obsessed with it--
  • whew!! just needed to make sure you weren't pulling something because you didn't warm those muscles LOL:laugh: !

    Any how, I hope you take it easy and try not to over exert yourself when exercising! :flowerforyou:
