tone up thighs quickly? this is the part of my body that causes me the most grief! :p

    Cycling is nice too.
  • Bike riding, it sure will tone your thighs!!! bike riding is great exercise for your legs! i'd suggest riding at least every other day and make sure to do lots of uphills!! it will probably take about a month before you notice physical results but your pants will start to feel looser in about 2 weeks! good luck!
