Hi! My name is Nickole. I have been trying to lose this weight off and on for what seems like an eternity! But I feel like I am in a good place in my life and now is the time for me to succeed. I put this in my profile but the biggest eye opener for me was when my little girl said to me, "Mommy, when I get big will I be fat like you?" This told me it was time to change because I love that she looks up to me and I know I have the qualities to be a good role model to her, but the weight has to go because regardless of her size in life I want her desire to be maximum health...and it starts with mommy lol! I googled this website and love it so far! I have lost quite a bit this first week (to be expected) but the hard road comes when it starts to slow...if anyone out there needs someone to go through the grind with, I'm here Best wishes and good health to everyone!
