REST is vital! When running the race to complete a goal remember REST is always required. Allow yourself to always have down time for mental, spiritual, physical, emotional, and financial recovery....this allows you to finish at your best!

so true...very important to take time for ourselves especially in this hectic and busy lifestyle. I find when I take time for myself to do what I like even for 20 minutes I feel way less frustrated towards my loved ones my mind becomes more clear.....0
