Very filling breakfast!

So good, quick and easy, I think I will share! 1 serving of 3 Minute Oats (1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water cooked in microwave), 1 tbsp lowfat sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp kroger reduced fat peanut butter, 1 small banana cut up. Mix milk and peanut butter into cooked oats, add bananas and enjoy! 367 calories, 10g fat, 63 carbs, 12 protein...and did I mention filling? I finished this off an hour ago and I still feel like I at breakfast at a Chinese buffet!

I have a similar breakfast a lot- I use 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 packet of Truvia and 1/2 a large banana. SO GOOD!0
