Hi I am running into a problem. I eat my excercise calories back, which means anywhere around 600 a day on an active day. But I can't figure out how to eat that many more calories and stay under on sodium. Ifigured what I was going to eat today and logged it. I am under calories which is good but If i workout I am going to need to eat more :indifferent: I just started watching my sodium, so looking at previous days won't help. What do you eat to stay where you need to be in calories and under in sodium AFTER working out for the day?

lots fo fruit, veg, pulses, lentils, beans... all the good stuff. I just bulk out my meals more with a ton of veg and fruit.0

My favorite "after workout" snack is a banana and organic unsalted peanut butter. It's 285 calories and only 1 mg of sodium.0

You could try almonds or walnuts w/o salt? They're great to re-fuel your body after a long day or a workout!0

Natural nuts are a great option too.0
