To all who sent "You gotta keep going girl" posts to me when I was crying:sad: about a 2 lb weight gain on the scale last week when I KNEW I was doing everything right...........I was down 5LBS this morning!!!!!!!!

    This is how I was feeling.....I know they come and go, it's just so difficult to see the plateau when you KNOW your doing what is right.
