I started exercising and eating right on January 31,2011. As of today I have lost 9 lbs. But when I weighed myself this morning I didnt even lose an ounce. I am on the 1200 calorie plan, I burn 1000 calories a day. I thought it would be to early to hit a plateau. I drink plenty of water. I eat every 3-4 hours. I dont eat after 7:00pm and I go to be at 11:00 .I need HELP!!

I looked at your food diary it didn't look like you were eating back the calories you get from working out.. that should help0

Yeah I know that's a lot of calories you burn in a day. That's what I've learned from being on this site everyone says you need to eat back your calories you work off...maybe even like half would help?
Good luck I'm sure you'll get it

You are burning a lot of calories but not eating enough. You need to net 1200 calories or your body is going to go into starvation mode.
Try add calories that are dense and high in good fats.
Advocados, peanut butter etc.0 -
My diary never says i am in starvation mode.. it use too.0
