So sick... cant exercise. Question

I came down with the cold/flu yesterday so I couldnt exercise. I really hate the fact that I'm missing my routine and screwing up my 90 days !!!

Sorry this is just a vent really... theres nothing I can do. Blaahhhh

    I feel ya! I have had this flu thing all week! I feel like a pile of mush from not being able to exercise. Feel better!!!

    I know how you feel. I have been sick for 2 weeks now. I have been forcing myself to exercise because I am afraid if I miss one day I wont go back to it. Some days it is a bit much for me and I only do part of my exercises because I get light headed. You can always try something less intense just so you aren't completely quiting your routine for now.

    I've been sooooo sick too! I have still been at least doing some resistance band exercises while sitting on the floor...including playing a little tug-of-war with my son, ha ha :) Hang in there, don't beat yourself up!!!

    It happens......I've been sick too.
    When you're body tells you to rest, it's best to listnen to it. I'm sick for the 3rd time now, and I'm gonna wait till I'm completely recovered this time!
    I tend to lose weight when I'm sick because I have no appetite, so that's at least one good thing :-)

    I'v been sick for over 2 weeks with a stomach virus,I didnt exercise it just made it worse.Now that I'm feeling better I'll get back to working out.
