The Spelling Police are on patrol!!!
There are two very important words we all use when using this website and talking about our weight loss progress.
Lose.
and
Loose.
The first is lose. Many of us are here to *lose* weight. Sometimes dieting makes us *lose* our marbles. We often celebrate when we *lose* our self-doubt and gain confidence.
Next is loose. Our pants are getting *loose*! Our tops are getting *loose*! Our clothes are so *loose* we need to go shopping for a hot new wardrobe!
Indeed, we *lose* weight and end up with *loose* clothes.
