Aww man!...I added a cookie to my food journal last night, and still came in under my calorie goal *yay*...but then...I forgot to eat it. I logged that delicious morsel for nothing!

That's great! Some times it's good to add it to see how many calories you have left and then decide if it's worth it. When I do things like that I'm happy. I know that I actually ate less calories than what I added. Keep up the hard work!0

You can delete it. The red circle with the - sign in the middle to the right of the food will delete it from the diary.0

:laugh: I've done that before... but then I always delete it. I've become rather OCD with my food journal!0
