Aww man!...I added a cookie to my food journal last night, and still came in under my calorie goal *yay*...but then...I forgot to eat it. I logged that delicious morsel for nothing!

  • That's great! Some times it's good to add it to see how many calories you have left and then decide if it's worth it. When I do things like that I'm happy. I know that I actually ate less calories than what I added. Keep up the hard work!

    You can delete it. The red circle with the - sign in the middle to the right of the food will delete it from the diary.

    :laugh: I've done that before... but then I always delete it. I've become rather OCD with my food journal! :embarassed:
