You're in the UK aren't you?
I recommend Davina Mc Call's ones, I love them. Her 3 x 30 min workout one, and Davina Fit are my favourites - as I get bored if I work out longer than that. if you like longer workouts then some of her other ones might suit you better.

depends how intense a workout you want. Davina's aren't really hard if you're very fit but they are fun to do and great for toning

You could try downloading any program. My husband downloaded the entire p90x series and it works just great, also downloaded some turbo jam and Insanity. But im sure you could find whatever your looking for. We use the utorrents and download from kickasstorrents.com.

I was looking at the 30day shred ones do i need anything more with it though?

Davina ones ive heard good things for. I just need one so i can workout at home n loose weight whilst toning too. I wouldn't say i was fit but wouldn't say unfit so probably in the middle then lol! xx

I have the 30 day shred, just started yesterday and it has 3 levels, so when one gets too easy for you, just move up to the next level :)

Do you need weights or a gym mat with it? Sorry a beginner here so not very 'with it' when it comes to this stuff lol xxx

You do need a mat for floor exercises, and there is a handweight component, but I used full 1L Diet Pepsi bottles. When I progress, I might need actual weights, but figured that was a good starting point!

there are clips of Davina's on youtube - so you can look them up and see what you think. If you're mid range fitness you'll probably find them fairly challenging.
her older ones are quite cheap. The 3 x 30 min one is a few years old now. You might get a bargain on Ebay too :) I definitely recommend them, they are fun and very motivating
