Lazy Mornings

I cant seem to get up early enougt to workout before work, i mostly do my work out in the evening but then i am not sleepy to go to bed and when i try to workout before heading to work i am just to sleepy to get up.. what gets you going in the morings to get up and work out..? do you make your self get up no matter what?
is working out morning and evenings to much? how many times do you work out?

I have the same problem. Every night when i go to sleep i tell myself that i will wake up early for a workout but it just doesnt happen. Let me know if something works for you. : )0

I have one of those alarm clocks that slowly lights up, or if I'm not using that, I try to turn on my light as soon as I can after the alarm goes off. The light signals to me that I am up and staying up! Also, once I get moving in the workout, I feel fine. And I've never once felt sorry that I got up to work out, but I have felt bad some days when I reset my alarm and sleep in. Also, if I work out in the morning, it usually gives me energy all day, and makes me want to work out in the afternoons, too. You can do it!0

I moved my alarm clock across the room so i have to get out of bed to turn it off. Then I have to pee, then the dog wants to go out. So I might as well get up!1
