I've rehoined MFP

:smile: I have decided to use MFP again after a 2 year hiatus. I have recently lost 20 pounds but, without going into a lot of detail, using a non-traditional, essentially non-sustainable diet. I'm glad the weight is gone, but realize that I need to do this conventionally...calories/exercise/lower carbs and fat, etc. I'm very nervous, as I never seem to have any self control. Around carbs at least.

I appreciate your support and any good thoughts that you send my way.
