HRM and Water

I seem to have lost the book to my Polar FT4......I was wondering if they can be used in water. Im starting water aerobics next week and was wondering if i can wear my HRM.

    I just got a Polar FT7 and it says that it can be used it water, you just need to wash the strap right after if the pool was highly chlorinated. Hope this helps :)

    You can double-check at www.polarusa.com to see if your model is waterproof, but I believe most Polars are. They probably have the instruction book on the website, too.

    Yes it can. I have the same HRM.
