I am putting myself on this 90 Day weight loss program and I am going to mix it with HOME Workout and the Gym.

Any exercise(s)/Machine(s) I should consider?

For how long?

I was thinking the Treadmill (30minutes) and Elliptical (30 minutes)?

HELP!! :-)

Spin bike burns a lot of calories if you go fast. Good Luck!

Those are both great but don't forget to strength train as well!!! I alternate the tread and the elliptical with weight sessions three/four days a week. If I go on consecutive days I don't do the same thing I did the day before, so today I ran on the tread and lifted on the machines. Tomorrow if I go up I'll do abs and elliptical.. that sort of thing! I go to Snap Fitness which has a Basic 8 plan that's been working great for me. The staff member there helped me set up a plan, how much weight and how many reps/sets and I've been slowly increasing either reps or weight now for over 2 months! Today I upped my weight on biceps and triceps.. I need better arms with beach season coming soon!!!

Good luck, I'm becoming a gym rat.. never would have thought it!!!

When I was using our base gym, I LOVED all the machines! We had one room that had machines similar to those we use at Curves...only larger, and using weights rather than hydrolic resistance so it was easy for me to figure out. I felt intimidated by a lot of the machines in the other rooms, as I had no clue how to use them. I love any of them that work my arms, abs, and legs... The glute machines are awesome too to gift us that lift... Maybe you can talk to one of the gym workers and they can help you set up a plan to help you achieve the goals you want?

    Good Luck!
