I am putting myself on this 90 Day weight loss program and I am going to mix it with HOME Workout and the Gym.

Any exercise(s)/Machine(s) I should consider?

For how long?

I was thinking the Treadmill (30minutes) and Elliptical (30 minutes)?

HELP!! :-)

ALSO I WANT TO TONE MY ARMS... How can I do that? I have arm fat and I WANT to tone them... any recommendations?

Those are both good for Cardio!and as Jillian Michaels says if you aren't burning calories, whats the point? Cardio burns fat! I use the Jillian michaels dvds frequently and use no machines. My arms are more toned than they have ever been. Just need some 3 to 5 lb. hand weights. Just remember that toning and losing weight are two different things. You will see the results of your toning after the excess weight comes off any given area.

Treadmill/elliptical are great for your cardio. I recommend that you start using free weights as well; not the weight machines. Don't be afraid to pick up heavy weights! A combo of heavy lifting and cardio, IMHO, is the best way to go.

You cannot spot reduce fat. When you lose fat, you have no say at all in where it comes off first. Arms are a stubborn area for ladies. Likely the last place you will lose it.

Spot reducing fat is a fitness myth spawned by marketting executives to sell ab rollers and shake weights.

Fat is lost systemically. There is a thread around here someplace called jiggly arms where I provided some citation on this.

But just google "Spot reducing fat" and see result after result explaining this myth (unless they have products to sell).

Good clean lower calorie eating, good exercise, that is your ticket. Become leaner overall.
