What's your favorite?

Mine is a Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake. So good. I am having one now.

1 tbsp peanut butter
8oz skim milk
5 ice cubes
half of a banana
and a half of a scoop of Eas whey Chocolate protein powder
Blend. :)
Great for lunch or breakfast. about 300 cal.

    I do a similar thing, though I sub PB2 for real peanut butter. It's dried peanut butter, they basically remove the fat, that has tons of flavor but only 45 calories.

    Really? i never heard of it. Do you get it in the grocery store? i love peanut butter so if i can get it and with less cal im all for it.

    I've heard some people say they can get it Whole Foods but I haven't been lucky in that. Just google PB2 and you'll find it. I ordered mine from Prosource.net, but need to shop around more for someplace with a little cheaper shipping.

    It's great for mixing into things but not something I'd recomend for a complete sub for peanut butter. You can mix it with water but without the oil it just has a weird texture, but awesome mixed in protein shakes
