What's your favorite?
Mine is a Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake. So good. I am having one now.
1 tbsp peanut butter
8oz skim milk
5 ice cubes
half of a banana
and a half of a scoop of Eas whey Chocolate protein powder
Blend.
Great for lunch or breakfast. about 300 cal.

I do a similar thing, though I sub PB2 for real peanut butter. It's dried peanut butter, they basically remove the fat, that has tons of flavor but only 45 calories.0

I've heard some people say they can get it Whole Foods but I haven't been lucky in that. Just google PB2 and you'll find it. I ordered mine from Prosource.net, but need to shop around more for someplace with a little cheaper shipping.

It's great for mixing into things but not something I'd recomend for a complete sub for peanut butter. You can mix it with water but without the oil it just has a weird texture, but awesome mixed in protein shakes0 -
