Bee pollen? I am curious.
I use wheat germ to add a little more fibre, iron and protein to whatever I am eating. It's great to add to baked goods or even, though somewhat redundant on toast.0 -
I have made lotion with bee pollen but never eaten it
and ditto on the wheat germ for extra nutrients0 -
when we have it i like to mix it with bread crumbs...makes a nice coating for tilapia..0
