i just came back to this site on monday because I started to gain back some weight that I took off before. I am doing 1350 calories a day, ut I feel like I am starving all the time. Any helpful hints on what I can do to curb my appetite?

Hi:) Are you drinking you 8- 8 oz glasses of water. That helps big time! Also are you eating plenty of lean protein, nuts, fruits and veggies? Fiber also keeps you fuller longer. Hope this helps!0

what's your weight and height? You may actually need a few more calories. I drink tons of water and have a few walnuts or almonds between meals. They are high calorie but full of good fats which I tend to not get enough of. I also love a good apple or some greek yogurt with a small amount of Kashi Go lean cereal..I like the berry because it adds a little natural sweetness plus a "granola" like crunch!! Good luck0
