Hey everyone -
I am Amanda, i am 23 and ready to shed some pounds!! I was on the site before and lost weight but found myself falling off track and i am ready to start over, I know at first it is going to be hard but that is why i love this site, MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION. *(i am going to need lots of that!) Lets hope this time around i get all the weight off and keep it off!!!
How does everyone stay motivated and not reach for the cookies when they look in their pantry??

I don't buy cookies! I try to avoid buying any junk food... which is tough with a 3 year old and a husband, but if I'm not eating it- they shouldn't either! I'll make homemade cookies on occasion, give my son one (maybe sneak one for myself) and then promptly send them to work with my husband....
it's baby steps, but you have to take into account what is better... eating the junk or feeling good about yourself.0 -
Put a picture of either what you look like now or what you want to look like on that pantry.... and before you reach for those peanut butter & chocolate chip cookies or oreos that someone has so unfairly bought and put in plain site..... ask your self, is it "22lbs pounds you want to lose" delicious?????? .... and then walk away!! lol cut up some cucumbers with some sqeezed lemon and light salt, so much better.... and you get full!!0
