Hey challengers....only 7 days left this month, what are you going to do to make this last seven days count?

I had to modify my food and I am planning on 4 days of weights and 6 of cardio for at least 30 minutes. I have no good excuses to not get my exercise in and I don't plan on any excuses making their way to my doorstep this week, so I guess I have no choice but to make it happen!

Good luck, finish today right and get tomorrow planned for success :wink:
