am so excited to see my prgroess on her i have 60 lbs to lose and i am ON MY WAY!:wink: i could use some help!

    I just started and am very excited too. One day at a time and one pound at a time. I did not gain it in a day and I won't lose it in a day. 2 lbs a week is my target. Hang in there!!!!
