Yogurt you'll love with the protein you need!
Since I started eating healthier my taste buds changed and foods I used to love and eat all the time no longer appeal and foods I never thought I'd eat I love! Well, here's a concoction that I threw together tonight for a snack because it sounded good in my head and would help make up my protein deficit for the day. Thankfully, it was pretty tasty and will definitely be made again in the future!
To make it, I used the 2 ingredients below and blended them together with a whisk for a light chocolate taste; to get a stronger chocolate taste, try decreasing the amount of yogurt. The amounts used are single servings and the nutritional information is for the whole mixture. You can split it up into thirds for smaller portions if you don't have the calories for the whole serving at once. You can freeze it for a frozen yogurt affect and garnish with a variety of options! I used 1/2 tbps dark chocolate chips, but I've also used 1/4 cup cheerios (any flavor with just the vanilla yogurt), granola, and fruit. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredient
1 scoop Chocolate Eas 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Danon All Natural Vanilla Yogurt

Use Greek yogurt and you will double the protein too. Sounds like a good treat. Thanks!0

I've never tried Greek yogurt; I'll have to give that a whirl next time I'm at the grocery store!0
