Okay, let's just say this week isn't going so well from a stress point of view. Hubby works from home, and is having to work from 7am to 9pm or later some nights (and is very moody and snappy due to work deadlines). I have 14yo and 9yo sons that fight like CRAZY. Yelling, cursing (at times) :( and taking their frustrations out one me. I cook healthy dinner tonight, they don't eat it, and wind up eating cereal. :( Their shower is clogged so I go to the store to get Drain opener gel, and considering I burned a lot of calories today and have a lot left, I start looking for something sweet (bad I know). It's just been one of those weeks. Start in the ice cream section and avoid it, then mosey on to the bakery, and avoid it. I'm still not satisfied, so I keep walking and I eventually come upon some sugar free Jello pudding cups that are only 60 calories.....okay sweet with no guilt, so I buy them!!!!

Any other day I would have bought an individual slice of cake from the bakery and felt guilty later. I am so proud of my choice.

Did I mention I am also nervous about a CPR certification class I am taking tomm. morning?????

Thanks for reading.

Michelle
