making myself accontible day 8

Its been a long day and I'm ready to go to bed:smokin:
Today was my best day yet:bigsmile: I thinkin of all the things I could tell you about my day, but I'm so tired I just stick to the basics.
Exercised 30 min on my treadmill at 3.0mph also had 1 pound weights in my hands:smokin:
BF~1 cup milk, 1 cup rasian bran, 1 cup coffee
Lunch~ 2 2inch pizza, made with a whole wheat crust, browned extra lean ground beef, pizza sauce, toped with tomatos, onyons and some cheese.
Snack~1 banana, 1/2 cup water melon, 2 smal chocolate chip cookies.
dinner~ 2 bouls vegtele soup (home made)
A total of 1711 cals

I've been reading through these, and I think today was GREAT!!!!!! It looks like you got a lot of fruits and veggies in there, and I am so proud of you!!! It's always hard for me to own up to what I've actually eaten that day. I may stay in my calories, but I don't always do it the right way. So I am very proud of you today. I see lots of healthy changes in your diet. I'll let the cookies slide, because the rest of your day was awesome!!!

This was the best day this far! AND you had veggies AND fruit... we all have our vices it is controlling them and you did, two small cookies - no worries! Just keep it up!
