Hi guys
I'm just posting because why should I have all the fun? My mum and sister are both rather intense athletes. My mum has coached a bajillion netball teams (I remember she once coached 7 teams a week, including the Tier 2 Queensland Team, the Wildcats) and we own more books about sports and netball, fitness, etc, than anything else because she's always trying to find new things for her girls.
My sister is also an "elite athlete" and was captain of the Queensland team last year in several competitions. She also attends a program [http://www.accelerationesp.com/ - Her name is Catherine and she's one of the girls on the front pages] that is designed to improve core strength, fitness, etc, which she started after she had a shoulder reconstruction when she was 14. She goes to this 2-5 times a week, as well as plays on 2 netball teams.
Essentially, I'm saying that if anyone ever has questions about soreness, random little exercises than can help fitness, things to improve fitness, or anything you can think of, I have stolen a lot of knowledge from them both, and always get more [I can't do much about nutrition - they both eat CARBS CARBS CARBS to have energy all the time :S]
I know you'll probably look at my profile and go "WHAT? NOT GETTING ADVICE FROM HER" but... I might not be the fittest in the world, but I'm getting there, particularly with the help of my mum and sister, who have so much information that it's kind of ridiculous! I can help you with fitness and things that might be causing you pain if you just ask ^.^
