Fabulous Friday Fitness Challenge! :)

Do you find it hard to get through Fridays!? :happy:
It's the last day of the week before the weekend and sometimes it just seems
to go on and on and on....

So I've got a proposition for you!

Double your water intake,
Double your work out (healthy limits)
Double your weight lifting :)
Double your motivation!:tongue:

Try no sweets, no candy, no unnecessary sugars!
and my hardest thing - no butter or butter substitutes :)

This is going to be my Fabulous Friday Fitness Challenge - will it be yours too?!

  • Okay so I don't know about the rest of you but I kicked butt at this challenge today!
    I burned 1195 CALORIES TODAY!
    I only ate about 946 calories, and thats without dinner - which will probably be a weight watchers dinner :)

    I drank 22 cups of water! :)

    I hope you all did just as well :)

    I will be posting a Super Stellar Sunday Challenge so we can be responsible for the (whole!) weekend too :)
    CANT WAIT! see you then!
