I've lost about 20 pound but am stuck and have been for a little while - so Im going to try for the first time and do it yuor way lol ... so today is a new day.
I've re-calculated my calories, added in my weekly exercise calories, the deficit is there for all to see, so now I'm going to eat my base calories and my exercise calories and see if it works.
I've got 5 months till I get married, and 3 until I need to give my measurments over to have my dress made .. so I've got 3 months to lose a stone, now that should be easy peasy...
so watch this space - see if it works, it's more calories than I have eaten in a while and I can't see me losing weight - but Im definitely going to give it a go.
Wish me luck .... anyone else want to try and lose a stone with me in 3 months? .... be good to have some company along the way...

Haha great advice. I've been stuck at 20 pounds lost for AGES and I *think* I'm just busting through the plateau with bigger workouts and not worrying so much! Training for a 10k in April should help too...

Yup, My 10k is in July.
I am doing HIIT stuff at the gym until the weather improves, then get out on the road.0 -
I'm still waiting to lose my first stone but want to try and lose another before 7th April. Unlikely but prays it can be done.0

Get a good sports bra and you'll be fine! They squash em down.
In the early days I was quite conscious, but now I'm down 4 cup sizes and I'm sure running really helped me shift that weight!0 -

Plenty of chest exercises and pressups will sort them bouncy boobs haha0
