Second Time Around

Hi all
I joined MFP in February 2010 - stuck to it religiously for 6 months and lost 35lbs - my goal weight. I then got lazy and thought - ah I'm at goal weight - that's it - I'm ok - I don't need to log anything anymore - I'll know if I'm putting on weight and just readjust...... BIG mistake - 8 months later - I had put back on 15lbs....... I have realised that it is impossible to maintain my weight on my own. I simply can not allow myself to become overweight again and have this cycle of weight gain/loss/gain. This site is saviour - I intend to get back to my goal weight by the summer, for my 40th Birthday - slowly and surely and then stay there...... I can only do that by being accountable for everything I eat forever - it is just too easy to pile on the pounds when you let your guard down. The photo is of me in Summer 2010 having lost the weight. I so want to look like that again.......
Thank you to MFP and all the community on here who give me inspiration and motivation every time I log in. Without it I'm not sure what I would do.
