Help needed with tonights dinner please ;-)

I need a recipe for 2nights dinner I will have around 500 calories but it needs to be under 13 protein.

Hope u guys can help xxxx

    Why the concern about the protein????? Protein is awesome and should be eaten if lean and healthy.

    My favourite for myself at the moment is. 1 small breast of chicken roughly 200 kcals, a red onion roughly 40 kcals, sprinkle of soy sauce light 15 kcals, 30ml of sweet chilli sauce roughly 4o kcals and half pkt of noodles 100 kcals, with pepper and salt and some frozen peas and throw it all in a wok.   • two simple dishes

    Take one tomato wash and eat 33 cals
    Wash some grapes then eat 120 cals

    Yummy no cooking no plates to wash up. this also works with apples and oranges.
