Hi everyone,
Im recently diagnosed with Diabeties 2, its diet controlled at the moment so to keep it that way I am going to diet (yet again) and start some exercise.. . . got myself a cross trainer! will need oxygen and medical assistance along side it once I start lol
Any help/tips would be appreciated

Set mini goals that you can reach. Write them down, put them in a blog or post them here so that you are accountable. Use the exercise & food journal in here. Schedule time for your exercise... mark it on the calendar. You're more inclined to do it at at a set time or day at least... like "I will exercise Mon*Wed*Fri mornings". Reach out to people here to stay on track and reward yourself for small accomplishments. Good luck!0
