    I love munching on slices of raw zuchini when I want something crunchy to go with a sandwich or just need finger food. Half a medium zuchini is 16 calories.

    Sweet potato fries! I love to sprinkle cinnamon on them. In fact, cinnamon sprinkled on a sweet potato with a dab of low cal spread is a great dessert replacement.

    1/4 Low Sodium Mozz Cheese
    1/4 Pizza Sauce
