hi all, just thought i would come by and say hi to everyone. I started my diet yesterday. im on a goal of 1300 calories a day going by my stats. Want to loose 1pound and half a week.
Im doing quite well so far and finding the iphone app very useful :happy:
Im doing about 40 mins on Wii Fit everyday. Im doing free step and free jogging. Managed to burn 114kcal today :bigsmile:
Treating myself to nandos tomorrow night as not that bad :smile:
