Maybe too much processed food..Like the Lean Cuisine meal which are high in sodium and will retain the water in your body...Why not try making your meals ahead of time like baked chicken,tuna is good for you,Try doing that and see what happens..0

Ya I usually make my own meals if I do lean cuisine I watch my sodium. This week I did more than usual. Normally I only eat one a week. Thats what I was doing until this week.0
