Here to keep up the motivation

Hello! I've already lost a bunch of weight and only have 5 more lbs to go. After that, I want to sustain it. I also want to figure out how to stay healthy with my eating. If my dreams about eating jelly donuts and pizza last night are any indication, I'm gonna need a lot of motivation and positive thinking. It's 8:00am in Los Angeles and a donut shop is walking distance from my house. My husband has 40 lbs left to lose and he's joined now too. A friend told me how well this program had been working for her, so I thought I'd try it to help me with the last few lbs.

Glad to be here! There are a lot of inspirational stories!

    Donuts... as good as that sounds.. i just had a chocolate bar and a bag of chips.. now I feel like crap.. Im not beating myself up for caving.. but I simple feel blah now... Its a feeling I wanna remember for the next time I feel the need to grad the unhealthy snack.. because for me now.. eating better just makes you feel so much better... hope you go for that walk but keep going right on past the donut shop!!

    May I say that the dish your carrying sounds more delicious than that donut. I came to find out that when I eat 1/2 a donut it wasn't as good as I remembered them to be. Lesson learned! I think our buds change that I prefer now healthier foods.
