Oh wow! Sorry! lol You are probably ok then as long as you are not tired and hungry all the time. If you are, that is a sign that your body needs more. Make sure you take your measurements every week or two. That is where it REALLY matters! One week, I didn't lose any weight but lost almost an inch everywhere!Only 700 calories a day AND exercising? You definitely need to eat MORE. Eat as clean as possible too. I suggest reading the Abs Diet book and the Eat Clean book. They have some great tips on what to eat and how much.
