I push my double stroller with my 30lb 3yo and 10lb 2mo, plus his car seat. The stroller weighs about 25lbs, too. I walk about 3.5mi/hr for 30-40min. MFP only has an exercise option of pushing a stroller, and it gives fewer calories than walking 3.5mi/hr. That can't be right, can it? Wouldn't pushing all that weight burn more calories? Not to mention today I had to push it through fresh snow. Hard work!!
