every morning i'm motivate but...

Every little morning i wake up and i'm full motivate until after lunch... evry little day i scrap everything and eat a bunch of crap!!! After that i'm not really proud of me...I already lost 25 lbs but i have 45 more to go...I should throw away all the kids and hunsban crap they dont need it anyway!! AND IT WILL BE EASYER FOR ME! How to stay motivate...

    I would suggest try making small changes @ first. Just because you're dieting doesn't mean they are. Also make it a point to log your food before you eat. This will allow you to make adjustments not excuses. Keep at it, you'll get there!

    Eat your lunch for breakfast and see if the motivation declines. It sounds weird, but if lunch is the problem then waking up fully motivated should lapse over that specific meal. Otherwise, it sounds like it's the time of day that makes you lose your motivation. If you make small changes to what you're eating throughout the day with healthier alternatives, it should keep your energy levels up.

    It's all up to you with how you want to do it, but motivation is a self-propelled engine. No one can motivate you but yourself.
