Hi there

So I'm just starting on my journey. Not fit yet but hoping to be - I'm currently doing Zumba on the Wii and then Just Dance on the Wii for about 50 minutes a day - back to back.

Is that better or should I seperate and do Zumba (twice) OR Zumba and then later Just Dance?

So really - one long workout (50 minutes) OR two short ones (20-30 minutes each)???? Which one is better at boosting your metabolism and losing weight?

I have read several sources that say to do 20 - 30 minutes of interval is the best way to boost your metabolism. But really whatever you do is going to help you! If you have more intensity breaking it up, that will probably benefit you.

I'm not really sure. But I feel liek I've read that it doesn't matter as long as you exercise long enough to get your heart rate up to a fat burning level. I woudl say do what's best for your scheduel adn what is easier to stick to. You don't want to hate your work out or feel burnt out. Good luck!

Cardio is cumulative as you do them throughout the day. If you're going to do short ones, I'd recommend that you amp up the intensity, like what amycal said, so you get a good sweat going for optimal calorie burn.
